Deputy Commissioner Lahore — Pre-Qualification Notice for Event & Public-Meeting Services (Deadline 2026-07-06)

Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore invites pre-qualification applications from eligible applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for hiring various services for national/religious events, public meetings, arrivals of delegations and other government functions. Registered bidders must obtain the Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) and submit proposals through the Punjab e-Procure e-PADs system as described below.

Key details and submission:

- Pre-qualification documents and registration: Register on Punjab e-Procure (e-PADs) to be eligible and download the PQD: http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk

- Submission method: Proposals must be submitted through e-PADs.

- Original bid security: Must be submitted physically to the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least 30 minutes before bid opening on the same day; late physical bid security will render the applicant non-responsive.

- Deadline and opening: Submit through e-PADs on or before 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of applicants or authorized representatives.

- Manual proposals will not be accepted. Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible for subsequent procurement. Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject applications per PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).
