| Experience | Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a senior financial management leadership role in a public sector company with total assets of five billion rupees or more. Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management. Prior experience with SAP/ERP implementation highly desirable. |
| Salary | MBS-II Scale of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (negotiable as per qualification and experience). Internal candidates: existing pay & allowances protected; special allowance may be granted at Board discretion. |
| Age Limit | Up to 57 years as on last date of submission of applications. |
| Tenure | Three years contract, extendable with mutual consent. |
Key Responsibilities & Functions
- Provide corporate financial leadership and strategic financial input on high-level decision-making.
- Oversee corporate financial planning, budgeting, control, costing, taxation, and annual reporting.
- Arrange and structure project financing through international funding agencies, DFIs, commercial banks, and public/private funding streams.
- Evaluate, monitor, and maintain effective internal financial controls and reporting; ensure compliance with International Accounting (IFRS) and Auditing Standards.
- Handle power sector regulatory affairs, formulate transmission tariffs, and prepare/present tariff petitions before NEPRA.
- Drive finance digitalization, modernize accounting systems, and facilitate ERP/SAP deployment.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors, Audit & Finance Committee, and external auditors on financial audits, disclosures, and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SECP regulations, Listed Companies Code of Corporate Governance, and institutional best practices.
