PHATA Tender: Rehabilitation Works in Gujjar Khan, D.G. Khan, Pasrur & Narowal

Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency (PHATA), 145-146 Rewaz Garden, Lahore invites sealed bids from contractors/firms registered on the E-Procurement system and holding valid registrations with FBR and PRA (active tax filer NTN/PNTN) for multiple rehabilitation works across Punjab. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) procedures and E-Procurement submission requirements.

Eligibility & key instructions:

• Only contractors/ firms registered on the E-Procurement system and with required tax registrations are eligible.
• Single stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted (technical and financial bids).
• Bids must be uploaded on the E-Procurement portal (E-PA/PS of PPRA). Hard copies will not be accepted unless specifically allowed by the procuring agency.
• Bid security (earnest money) and estimated costs are specified in the original tender documents.
