Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd — Tender for 90 ATMs, 1 CDM & 1 CRM

Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (Head Office, Bank Square, The Mall, Lahore) invites sealed bids from authorized companies/organizations/dealers/suppliers/distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having relevant experience for the supply of ATM/CDM/CRM equipment.

Eligibility & documentation: Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and possess relevant experience. Bid documents should include a client list and an affidavit stating the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation.

Tender documents & fee: Tender documents may be obtained from the Bank’s office on payment of Rs.1,000 (non-refundable) in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd or downloaded from the Bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk) free of cost.

Bid security & procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total estimated cost. Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement.

Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in front of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Technically short-listed companies will be informed before the opening of financial bids. Bids not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected.

Reservation: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders or accept the whole or part of a tender or increase/decrease the quantity of equipment.
