Eligibility & conditions: Bidders must have three assignments of similar nature and complexity; a minimum turnover of 40,000,000 PKR in the previous three years; presence on the Active Tax Payer List and a Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures (JV) are not permissible. If the required bid security or bidding document fee is not submitted as specified, the bid will be declared non-responsive.
Note: Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Government of Balochistan) is mandatory for all bidders.
