Tender: Supply of Emergency Kits, Electrical, Furniture & Works — Sami Foundation (SF/ZCRA/SR-5028509/2026)

Issuer: Sami Foundation (non-profit). Tender ref: SF/ZCRA/SR-5028509/2026. Project: Zurich Climate Resilience Alliance (ZCRA) with support of Concern Worldwide for supplies in the districts of Shaheed Benazirabad and Matiari.

Purpose: Procurement of multiple lots including emergency/evacuation toolkits, electrical items, furniture and paint/electrification/visibility works. Full specifications and details are available in the tender pack.

How to obtain tender documents: Collect from Sami Foundation head office (Near Eye Hospital, Akbar-e-Azam Road, Umerkot, Sindh) from June 20 to June 28, 2026, 09:00–13:00 (Monday to Friday). The tender pack can also be downloaded from www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation head office, Umerkot, before 2026-06-29 and should be clearly marked "TENDER - Not to be opened before 11:00 am June 29th 2026". Tenders will be opened on June 29th, 2026 in the presence of bidders/representatives who wish to attend. If a public holiday is announced the opening will be on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Key conditions:

• Suppliers may apply for a single or multiple lots. Sami Foundation may divide orders lot/item-wise.
• Each item: suppliers must quote only one option; partial quotations will be rejected.
• Rates must be inclusive of all taxes, loading/unloading, packaging and allied costs up to point of delivery.
• Bid guarantee: 2.5% of the bid value for each lot (separately for each lot) in the form of CDR/Pay-order in favor of "Sami Foundation". Bids without bid security may not be considered; security may be forfeited if selected bidder refuses to sign the supply contract.
• Corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices (including bidding under multiple names) will result in rejection and possible blacklisting.
• Lowest price is not the sole criterion; quality, delivery time and previous experience will be considered.
• Vendors must have active filer status with NTN as per applicable law. Tax will be deducted at source as per Government of Pakistan law.
