Sami Foundation Tender Notice – Supplies & Services (Lots 1–5) – Closing 2026-06-29

Issuer: Sami Foundation (non-profit), implementing a START Network supported project in District Naushero Feroz.

Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited from registered suppliers/service providers for provision of supplies and services at Jamshoro under five lots. Tender packs contain full specifications and requirements.

Important dates & submission: Tender documents can be collected from Sami Foundation Head Office (Akbar-e-Azam Road, near Eye Hospital, Umerkot, Sindh) from 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-29 and be clearly marked "TENDER for Lot Nos 1–5". Tenders will not be opened before 03:00 PM on 2026-06-29; opening will take place at 03:00 PM the same day. If a government public holiday falls on the date, the tender will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Bid security / guarantees: The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee equal to 2% of the contract value.

Bid conditions (key points): Rates for Lots 1–5 must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading/unloading/delivery, packing and all allied costs. Suppliers may apply for a single or multiple lots. Sami Foundation reserves the right to divide orders lot/item-wise, change quantities, or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning a reason. Lowest price will not be the sole criterion; quality, delivery time and previous experience will also be considered. Suppliers must not engage in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices; bids with multiple names/companies may be rejected and blacklisted.
