Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). The SECP invites applications for Islamabad-based positions in its Adjudication Division.

| Deputy Director | 02 | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university; must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court. Preference to candidates with Bar-at-Law or an LL.M. | Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience. Experience in corporate law, financial sector, or as an adjudicating officer in a regulatory body preferred. Candidates with at least 3 years' experience with a regulator will be given preference. | Maximum 40 years on closing date for submission of applications. |
Terms and application process: Appointments are contractual for an initial term of three (3) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and Commission approval. Applications on the prescribed form (available at www.secp.gov.pk) together with a detailed CV and copies of testimonials must reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days of publication of the advertisement. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. SECP reserves the right to cancel the recruitment/selection process at any stage. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
