Issuer: Military Lands & Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Sargodha. Auction of tenancy rights for model cabins located near 49 tail, Faisalabad Road, Sargodha Cantt. Bids will be received by public auction in the Cantonment Board office on the date below.

Auction date & time: 2025-06-29 at 14:00 hrs. (If unavoidable circumstances arise, alternate date: 2025-06-30 at 14:00 hrs.)

Venue: Office of the Cantonment Board, Club Road, Sargodha Cantt.

Key terms & requirements:

• Refundable participation security: Rs. 20,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Sargodha — to be deposited in the Cantonment Board office before taking part in the auction.
• Bidders must not be blacklisted by any public or private organization and will be subject to police verification/character check.
• Successful bidder must pay advance equal to one month’s rent and security equal to three months’ rent at the fall of the hammer; failure to remit will lead to forfeiture of deposit.
• Tenancy initial period: three years (renewal or re-auction subject to Board decision and market survey at the relevant time).
• Successful bidders are responsible for applicable income tax, other charges, utility arrangements (electricity, water, sanitation) and any transfer fee (noted as Rs. 5,000 in the notice).
• Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept/reject any bid and to apply PPRA rules as applicable.
