Issuer: Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Deputy Commissioner Office, District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore invites pre-qualification applications from eligible applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for hiring various services required for National and Religious events, public meetings, arrival of local/foreign delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Competitive bidding will follow under Punjab Procurement Rules.

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Pre-qualification will be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS). Interested applicants must be registered on e-PADS to be eligible for participation.
- Pre-qualification documents (PQD) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the Punjab e-Procurement portal.
- Original bid security shall be submitted physically in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the opening of bids on the same day; otherwise the applicant will be considered non-responsive.
- PQ proposals must be submitted through e-PADS and will be opened in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings.
- If the submission date is declared a public holiday, proposals shall be submitted/opened on the next working day. The procuring agency reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject any or all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
