Tender WP-003/2025 — Construction of Work Package No.03 (Cheshma) — Rs.130.72M (Bid Due 2025-07-13)

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared civil works contractors for the construction of Work Package No.03 at Cheshma. Tender documents are available during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs) Monday–Friday from the office in Islamabad. Bids must be submitted as specified below.

Important instructions:

• Tender documents must be obtained during working hours (0900–1600 Hrs) Monday–Friday from the office in Islamabad.
• Issuance of tender documents shall be closed one day earlier than the opening date.
• Fixed Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan, as specified in the Tender Documents, must be submitted along with the bid. If a bidder opts to submit a Bank Guarantee, it must have an expiry date at least 6 months from the date of bid opening.
• Two copies of BOQ shall be submitted by the bidder (one original & one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped; the name of work should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
• The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with rules.
• Tender is not transferable and will not be issued or accepted by Post/Courier/Telegraphic means.
• Incomplete proposals/bids may be rejected and shall be treated as non-responsive.
