| Profile & Competencies | Vision and the ability to lead and develop faculty; clear commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding; sound judgement in managing people, finances and operations. |
| Remuneration & Facilities | Rs. 800,000 per month; semi-furnished accommodation on the school campus; conveyance with fuel; residential utility-bill support, as per policy. |
| Term | Initial term of three years (extendable), subject to review and mutual agreement. |
