Auction platform and schedule: Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS 2.0. Bid submission window: 2026-06-25 to 2026-07-05. The Disposal Committee will open bids at 11:00 AM on 2026-07-15.

Eligibility and key conditions: Any Pakistani citizen with a valid CNIC (and, where applicable, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration) may participate. Government employees and defaulters of government departments are not eligible. Companies/firms may participate through authorized representatives. Bidders must submit lot-wise offers; each lot is awarded wholly to the highest responsive bidder. A 2% bid security (of reserved price) is required for each lot as shown below. Successful bidders are responsible for lifting awarded material from designated locations within thirty (30) days and for all transportation, handling and related expenses.
