National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region (Central Zone) invites e-bids from eligible contractors for 49 routine maintenance work packages on National Highways in the Punjab-North region. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Bid security equal to 2% of the Engineer’s estimate for each package is required in the form of a Pay Order/CDR in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund - Security Deposit).
Procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and the complete list of packages are available on the NHA e-bidding / e-procurement portal. All bids must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline; technical envelopes will be opened first and financial envelopes thereafter in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
