Invitation for Pre-Qualification — Hiring of Various Event & Support Services | Deputy Commissioner Office, Lahore

Issuer: Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Deputy Commissioner Office, District Courts, Lower Mall, Lahore. The office invites pre-qualification applications from eligible applicants/contractors/firms/suppliers/service providers for hiring of various services for national and religious events, public meetings, arrival of local/foreign delegations, cricket teams and government meetings. Pre-qualification remains valid for an initial period of one year, extendable up to two further years subject to satisfactory performance and approval.

Pre-qualification will be carried out through the e-PADs of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Interested applicants must be registered on e-PADs to be eligible. The Pre-Qualification Document (PQD) containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available to registered bidders on e-PADs at http://punjab.eproc.gov.pk. Original bid security must be submitted physically in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (F&P), Lahore at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the opening of bids on the same day; failure to submit physical bid security will render the applicant non-responsive.

Submission deadline (e-PADs): 2026-07-06 by 10:30 AM. Opening: 2026-07-06 at 11:00 AM in presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.

Only pre-qualified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. PQ proposals prepared in accordance with the PQD must be submitted through e-PADs by the stated deadline. Manual proposals will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to pre-qualify or reject all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
