The Children's Hospital Lahore invites e-Bids (2026-2027) for Printer Outsourcing & Pest Control

Issuer: The Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences, Porozepur Road, Lahore. Medical Director: Prof. Dr. Tipu Sultan.

Purpose: Invitation for online e-Bids (single stage, two-envelope) under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 for outsourcing services for the year 2026-2027.

Submission: Bids must be submitted online on e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required. In case of official holiday on the day of opening, the next day will be treated as opening date; time and venue remain the same.

Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost (as determined by the procuring agency) to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft / Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO) / Banker's Cheque with the Technical Proposal on e-PADS. Original bid security and original affidavits must be submitted before the time of e-Bid opening in addition to the soft copy uploaded on e-PADS.

Bid Validity: 210 days from the date of opening of bids.

Notes: Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities. The procuring agency is not responsible for failures due to technical errors or internet issues. Response time for the advertisement is calculated from publication on the PRA/PPRA website.
