Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Tender: Provision of Class-II Manned Level Crossing No.153/A (Lalamusa–Malakwal)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi (Notice issued by Divisional Engineer-II, Muhammad Sohail Javed). Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids through the e-procurement system (EPADS) for construction/installation works on the Lalamusa–Malakwal section.

How to obtain and submit bids: Bidding documents are available free from http://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). A scanned copy of the bid security (in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee) must be uploaded to EPADS with the bid. Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee) and required documents must also be submitted to the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi.

Required documents: Scanned CNIC copy, valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration with the relevant specialization code, proof of Active Taxpayers List (ATL) status, and the bid security.

Deadlines and opening: Original bid security and documents must be submitted to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi by 2026-07-06 at 12:00 PM. Only bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same date (2026-07-06) at 12:30 PM in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
