By order of Farid Anwar Qazi, Judge, Banking Court Hyderabad (Execution Application No. 2023/83; Suit No. 2022/174), a public auction is announced for recovery of dues against mortgaged agricultural land. The amount due including costs is Rs. 1,023,428 and the forced sale value is Rs. 1,200,000.
The property comprises agricultural land in Morhadi, Taluka Matli, District Badin (Passbook No. 00291231-C). The auction is scheduled for 2012-08-19 at 1:00 PM.
