Banking Court-II Hyderabad Auction of Agricultural Land in Mirpur Bathoro (Sujawal) — 2026-08-20

Banking Court-II, Hyderabad (Judge Farid Anwar Qazi), in execution of Execution Application No. 2023/360, Suit No. 2023/174 filed by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited, Mirpur Bathoro branch, will sell by public auction agricultural properties in Mirpur Bathoro (Sujawal).

The auction will be held at Sessions Court Building (First Floor), Hyderabad on 2026-08-20 at 1:00 PM. Amount due is Rs. 1,185,759 (plus costs); reserve (forced sale) value Rs. 400,000. Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the purchase price immediately by cash/demand draft (cheques not accepted) and pay the balance to the court within 15 days. Sale is subject to court approval and the buyer will bear all taxes.
