Eligibility & Qualification (summary): Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and active Tax Payer List (ATL). Firms must have carried out three similar nature works completed in the last three years (specified period shown in NIT). At least one similar work with minimum 80% of the estimated cost or two works of minimum 50% each. Submit income tax returns and audited financial reports for the last three years showing adequate turnover. All required documents must be uploaded on the EPADS portal.
Submission & Procedure: Single-stage, one-envelope procedure under Rule-46(1). Bidding documents to be downloaded and e-bids submitted via the SPPRA EPADS portal: http://portalsindh.epprocurement.gov.pk (EPADS Sindh). Original pay-order for tender cost and original bid security must be delivered to the Accounts Officer (Sewerage) / Secretary Repair & Maintenance Works, KW&SC, Room No.12-A, 1st Floor Block "C", 9th Mile Karachi-Shahrah-e-Faisal prior to bid opening.
Key Dates: Last date/time for e-bid submission: 2026-07-06 at 14:00. Bid opening / announcement of downloaded bids: 2026-07-06 at 14:30 in the office of Accounts Officer (Sewerage), KW&SC.
Funding: KW&SC's Own Funds (Budget allocation for FY 2026-2027).
Important Conditions: Affidavit of not being blacklisted (notarized); bid security/pay-order must be issued from firm's bank account and show firm name; integrity pact signed and stamped; bids not accompanied by required bid security or submitted after the specified date/time will be rejected; KW&SC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
