Banking Court III Karachi Auction: Property at Plot 6-2066, Deki Lane, New Kumar Wala, Lyari

Banking Court III, Karachi, acting on application by National Bank of Pakistan (KDA Branch, Suk Centre), has ordered public auction of an immovable property to satisfy recovery proceedings (Execution No.100 of 2008 / Suit No.68 of 2008). The bank's outstanding amount is Rs.2,350,148 plus costs and charges.
