Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Faisalabad invites sealed bids under Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) for procurement and hiring for Flood/Monsoon 2026 relief arrangements in District Faisalabad. Procurement will follow PPR 2014 (as amended) using Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure. Reputed firms, authorized dealers and service providers registered with FBR and relevant regulatory/professional bodies are eligible.

Key instructions and eligibility:
- Bidders may bid for one or multiple lots; separate technical and financial proposals and separate bid securities are required for each lot.
- Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) and relevant authorities, possess required technical/managerial capacity and relevant experience.
- Bidders must be registered on the PPRA/EPADs system and submit bids in accordance with PPRA/EPADs instructions and PPR requirements.
- Successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value (CDR/Bank Guarantee) as specified in the bidding documents.
- Applicable taxes and duties will be deducted as per government rules.
