KW&SC Tender: Annual Supply & Transportation of Liquid Chlorine for Filter Plants (FY 2026-27)

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (Office of the Executive Engineer, Store & Purchase Division) invites e-bids through the EPADS website of SPPRA Sindh for the PROCUREMENT OF LIQUID CHLORINE with transportation for NEK (Old) Filter Plant, COD Hills Filter Plant, Pipri Old Filter Plant and Gharo Filter Plant on an annual rate contract basis for the financial year 2026-2027.

Eligibility & required documents: Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Bidders must have carried out at least three similar works during last three years (July 2022–June 2025). At least one similar work should be minimum 80% of the estimated cost or two works minimum 50% each. Submit income tax returns for the last three years and Financial Audit reports for last three years showing average annual turnover not less than equivalent of the estimated cost during last five years. A notarized affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted is required.

Bid Security and submission: Bid security in the shape of Pay Order / Call Deposit in favor of Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation must be uploaded and the original shall be submitted in sealed envelope before announcement/opening. Bidding documents must be downloaded and e-bids submitted via the EPADS portal (SPPRA Sindh). All required bidding documents and complete bidding data must be uploaded on EPADS as instructed.

Other conditions: KW&SC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules. Conditional bids, bids without proper bid security, late submissions, unsigned bids, and bids with forged documents will be rejected. Funding from KW&SC’s own funds (Budget Allocation for Financial Year 2026-2027).
