RFQ — Procurement of ICT Equipment for KP-RIISP (PCMU, Peshawar)

Project: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Investment and Institutional Support Project (KP-RIISP). Issuing agency: Project Coordination and Management Unit (PCMU), Planning & Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Credit No.: 7348-PK. Reference No.: PK-PCMU-553933-GO-RFQ.

The PCMU invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for supply of ICT equipment. Quotations must meet the requirements described below and follow instructions in the RFQ document available from the Planning & Development Department website.

Eligibility & conditions: Suppliers must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in supplies of similar nature, hold valid NTN and STRN, and be on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Suppliers must not be blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government organization or the World Bank. Quotations shall be valid for 90 days from submission.

Bid security: Quotation must include a bid security equal to two percent (2%) of the quoted price in the form of Bank Guarantee, Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled/nationalized bank in Pakistan, payable in the name of Project Director, PCMU KP-RIISP.

Procurement documents and submission: The RFQ document with specifications can be downloaded from https://pndkp.gov.pk/tenders. Quotations should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "RFQ for ICT Equipment" on the right-hand corner. The suppliers should submit the original quotation and required documents to the office of Chief RD/Project Director, PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.

Deadline and opening: The deadline for submission of quotations is 2026-07-09 at 02:00 PM. Quotations will be opened on the same date and time in the office of Chief RD/Project Director, PCMU KP-RIISP, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar.

Notes: The PCMU may accept or reject any or all quotations. Suppliers must comply with all instructions in the RFQ document.
