Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue for provision of WhatsApp Business API services at PM&DC Head Office. The contract is for one year (01) with possible extension up to two (02) additional years. Procurement will follow a single stage–two envelopes procedure and e-bidding via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk).
