• Bidding availability: from 2026-06-17 until 09:00 AM on 2026-07-03.
• Open auction session: 11:00 AM on 2026-07-03; awards made to highest bidder against reserve price through EPADS 2.0.
• Quoted price must be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies and charges including sales tax/FED.

Eligibility and requirements:

• Eligible bidders: Pakistani nationals with Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), NTN and GST holders. Government servants or defaulters of Government Departments are not eligible. Companies may participate through authorized representatives.
• Earnest money: Every participant must submit a Demand Draft/Pay Order equal to the earnest money of their bid in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, along with CNIC, before 04:30 PM on 2026-07-02. Earnest money will be returned to all depositors except the successful highest bidder.
• Additional requirement: Participants must submit a bid on the prescribed form along with a certificate on stamp paper of Rs.100/- stating they are neither a government employee nor a defaulter of a Government Department.
• Payment and lifting: Payment and collection/lifting of items will be as per actual quantity at time of lifting; quantities shown on EPADS are estimates. Successful bidder is responsible for collection/lifting as per schedule on EPADS 2.0.
