WASA Pakpattan Public Auction — Disposal Works Contracts (1 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Pakpattan invites sealed bids/participation in a public auction for disposal works contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM in the Office of the Deputy Managing Director, WASA Pakpattan (Karachi Road, Pakpattan). Eligible individuals, firms or registered contractors may participate subject to the terms below.

Key requirements & conditions:

- A certified copy of bidder's CNIC must be submitted before the auction. For companies/firms, partnership deed and authorized documents must be provided.

- Only individuals/firms registered with the relevant District Government or Punjab Government guidelines are eligible. Govt. employees, blacklisted or bankrupt parties are ineligible.

- Bidders must provide full residential/business address and, if bidding on behalf of another, a Power of Attorney (Mukhtar-nama).

- Prior to bidding, 10% of the reserve price must be deposited as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favor of WASA Pakpattan Sharif.

- The successful bidder will be required to sign a written agreement, provide guarantees/guarantors as required, and comply with the payment schedule and other contractual obligations. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of deposits and cancellation.

- Possession, payment schedule, detailed terms and additional conditions can be reviewed at the Office of the Deputy Managing Director, WASA Pakpattan. WASA Pakpattan Sharif reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to take legal action as necessary.
