Tender: Supply/Provision of Pit Latrines, Hygiene Kits, Rations, Livestock Fodder & NFIs — Sami Foundation (Ref SF/NFZ/JUNE/2026/01)

Issuer: Sami Foundation (SF). Reference: SF/NFZ/JUNE/2026/01. Sami Foundation, implementing a START Network–supported project in District Naushero Feroz, invites sealed tenders from registered suppliers/service providers for supply and provision of multiple lots (see table below). Full specifications and quantities are provided in the tender pack.

How to obtain tender documents: Collect from Sami Foundation Head Office (Akbar-e-Azam Road near Eye Hospital), Umerkot, Sindh between 09:00 and 15:00, Monday–Friday, or download from www.samifoundation.org.pk.

Submission and opening: Sealed tenders must reach Sami Foundation Head Office at the above address by 11:00 AM on 2026-06-29 and must be clearly marked: "TENDER for Lot No.1 Installation of Pit Latrines, Lot No.2 Hygiene Kits, Lot No.3 Ration/Food Packages, Lot No.4 Livestock fodder and Lot No.5 Non-Food Items (NFIs)". Tenders will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM (29-06-2026). If a public holiday is declared, opening will take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.

Key terms and conditions:

• Bidders may apply for single or multiple lots; Sami may divide orders lot-wise/item-wise.
• Quote only one option per item; bids offering multiple options for the same item may be rejected.
• Prices must be inclusive of all taxes, transportation, loading/unloading, delivery, packing and allied costs.
• Successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Pay-order.
• If the Government/PDMA declares Naushero Feroz a flood/disaster-affected area during tendering or execution, purchase orders will be issued accordingly; otherwise usual procurement timelines apply.
• Procurement assessment will consider quality, delivery time and previous experience; lowest price alone is not the sole criterion.
• Suppliers engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices will be rejected and may be blacklisted.
• Sami Foundation reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning reasons.
