Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Maintenance Region (M-4). NHA invites bids for highway safety works for providing and fixing barbed wire (NBC & SBC) on Motorway M-4 (Multan–Pindi Bhattian).
Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes via NHA e-bidding system. Bidding documents available for free download from NHA website from 2026-06-25. Prospective bidders must be registered with the Income Tax department, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration Category C-5 or above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10. All firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
