QAU Admissions Fall 2026 — Dedicated USAT for QAU Applicants (Apply by 2026-07-06)

Issuer: Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU), Islamabad, in coordination with the Higher Education Commission (HEC). QAU invites applications from Pakistani and foreign nationals for admission to BS, MPhil, and PhD programmes for Fall Semester 2026 via a dedicated Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) exclusively for candidates who have applied or intend to apply for admission to QAU.

Eligibility

Candidates who have passed/completed HSSC exams or passed HSSC Part-I exams, A-Level or equivalent qualifications are eligible to register. This dedicated USAT is intended for candidates who could not register for HEC’s USAT in the current test slots or who wish to seek admission at Quaid-i-Azam University.

How to apply / important application instructions

- Apply online through the HEC/USAT portal as directed by QAU. Visit QAU for programme information: https://www.qau.edu.pk.
- Candidates must carefully select the appropriate test category as choices cannot be changed later.
- Ensure CNIC / B-Form number and personal details are correct; validation will be performed and candidates with discrepancies will not be allowed to sit the test.
- Payment of the test fee must be made through the generated 1Link/1Bill invoice using the provided consumer number; payment confirmation is required to complete the application.
- Applicants will be able to download Roll No. Slips from their profile on the portal. Under-18 candidates must bring original B-Form; otherwise original CNIC issued by NADRA is required along with original SSC/HSSC certificate with photo identity on test day.
- Electronic gadgets (mobile phones, calculators, recording devices, earphones, imaging devices, etc.) and any form of cheating, copying or sharing of test material are strictly prohibited and punishable under ETC rules.

Notes

- The USAT passed result is mandatory for admission to undergraduate programmes at QAU.
