Issuer: Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Peshawar (DCO/PSC Anwar Sadat Marwat). Registered firms or bidders (Income Tax & Sales Tax registered) are invited to participate in a re-auction for car parking/taxi stands, vending stalls/general store stalls and station restaurant at multiple railway stations.
How to obtain auction documents: From the Office of Divisional Commercial Officer, Pakistan Railways, Peshawar during office hours (08:00 AM to 03:30 PM) from date of publication. Submit written application with copy of CNIC and payment of document fee. Document fees (non-refundable): A-Class stalls Rs.3,000; B-Class stalls Rs.2,000; Station Restaurant Rs.5,000; Car parking/Taxi Stands Rs.5,000.
Submission and auction schedule: Completed documents must be submitted on prescribed form in person or by authorized representative by 03:30 PM on 2026-07-06 (Monday). Vending stalls auction will be conducted on 2026-07-07 (Tuesday) at 12:00 PM. Auction for Car Parking/Taxi Stands will be conducted on 2026-07-08 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM in the presence of the concerned auction committee.
Requirements and conditions: Bidders must provide CNIC, pay earnest/bid security as listed, and submit an affidavit on Rs.200 stamp paper stating they are not blacklisted by any government/procuring agency. Highest bid recommended for acceptance by the auction committee. Full terms and conditions attached with application forms.
