District Council Mandi Bahauddin — Pre-Qualification Notice for Bus Stand Scheme (Phase-III)

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. Contact: 0546-65313.

Purpose: Pre-qualification of well-reputed, financially sound and experienced contractors/firms registered on E-PADs for the year 2025-26 for execution of the listed scheme(s). Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website.

How to apply: Apply online through E-PADS (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms & conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the E-PADS website. Applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the pre-qualification documents and submitted through E-PADS.

Key submission details: Applications must be uploaded through E-PADS by or before 2026-07-08 at 12:00 PM (PST). Applications will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM (PST) via E-PADS in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives at the office of the District Council Mandi Bahauddin.

Earnest money / CDR: Intending contractors/firms must upload the earnest money in the form of a CDR in favour of District Council Mandi Bahauddin and submit the original CDR to the office before the opening of the bids; failure to submit the original CDR will result in disqualification.

Notes: Incomplete or ambiguous submissions will not be considered. District Council Mandi Bahauddin reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Tender opening committee will examine applications; responsiveness and timelines are calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
