Bidders must register on EPADS to be eligible. The tender proposals (Technical & Financial), prepared per the Tender Document instructions, must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-07-02 by 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on EPADS the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted.
