TDCP Tender: Hiring Security Services for Resorts and Sites in Punjab

Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) is inviting sealed bids for the hiring of security services at various TDCP resorts and sites in Punjab Province. TDCP seeks reputed and licensed security companies/firms with a minimum of 05 years' relevant experience to provide security personnel (ex-armed) for an initial period of one year, extendable by mutual consent based on performance. Guards will be responsible for tourist and visitor safety, protection of TDCP installations and property, and fire protection and firefighting duties.

Interested firms must submit a CDR of 5% of the estimated cost (Rs. 30.496 million) in favour of TDCP, valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities, and a certificate/affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by TDCP or PRA. Procurement will be through the E-Procurement (E-PADS) system and the bidding procedure is single-stage, two-envelope.
