Issuer: Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Location: Islamabad (Islamabad-based positions in the Information Security Department).
The SECP invites applications from qualified, result-oriented professionals for multiple senior positions in the Information Security Department. Appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance. The Commission may consider regularization after completion of the contract subject to applicable criteria.

| Joint Director – SOC | 1 | Master's/Bachelor's (equivalent to 16 years) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institute. | A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in IT, Information Security or SOC operations, including at least 6 years in SOC operations and at least 3 years as head of SOC function. | Maximum 45 years as of closing date. |
| Additional Joint Director / Deputy Director / Assistant Director — Cybersecurity Assessment & CERT Specialist | 1 | Master's/Bachelor's (equivalent to 16 years) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institute. | Role may be offered at Additional Joint Director, Deputy Director or Assistant Director level depending on experience. Experience required in Network Security, VAPT, Secure SDLC, SSDLC, SOC/Incident Response, PAM, DLP, training/delivery for secure code/checklists/methods. Specific years vary by level. | Maximum age: Additional Joint Director 45 years; Deputy Director 40 years; Assistant Director 35 years as of closing date. Candidates with ≥5 years’ regulator experience may be eligible for age relaxation up to 5 years. |
