Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways. Invitation for sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope) to lease multiple parcels of Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model for mixed-use commercial development (shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotel, hospital/healthcare, dealerships, retail and food outlets).

Key terms: Lease period 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rent escalation: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from possession. Building construction to follow local construction by-laws. Bids require submission of non-refundable Commitment Fee and Bid Security as per lot. Bidders must submit separate bids for each site; bid security and commitment fee are set per lot.
