Pre-Qualification Notice — Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program (2026-27) Supply of UHT Milk & Fortified Biscuits

Strategic Management Unit (SMU), School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, on behalf of District Education Authorities, invites applications for prequalification from eligible manufacturers, authorized suppliers, distributors, firms and joint ventures for supply of nutritious food items under the Chief Minister Punjab Schools Meal Program (2026-27).

Scope: Provision of nutritious meals to students enrolled in standalone Government Primary Schools in 13 districts. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Detailed eligibility criteria and prequalification document (PQD) are available free of cost on the School Education Department and PPRA websites.

Who may apply: Eligible manufacturers, authorized suppliers/distributors, firms and joint ventures who meet the prescribed eligibility requirements. Applicants must submit all required prequalification documents electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

How to apply: Submit complete electronic prequalification proposals at the Punjab e-Procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Prequalification documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the School Education Department website (schools.punjab.gov.pk).
