National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids for the installation and solarization of parking sheds at NUMS-NIASR, Abid Majeed Road, Rawalpindi. Bids will be received on a "Single Stage–Two Envelopes" basis through PPRA E-PADS or hard copy.
Eligible firms must have at least five years' relevant experience and be on the Active Taxpayer List (GST and Income Tax). A refundable bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required (Call Deposit/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of NUMS). Bidding documents (PKR 3,000 non-refundable) and further details are available from the NUMS Procurement Directorate. Submit bids via PPRA E-PADS/hard copy by 23 July 2026, 1000 hours; technical proposals will be opened the same day.
