Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division invites public open auction bids for parking stands on a 1+1 year licence basis at various stations in the Lahore Division. Application forms are available on the date of the auction at the station specified against each parking stand. Earnest money and participation fee (amounts shown below) must be submitted as separate CDRs/Pay Orders in favour of FA&CAO/Revenue, Pakistan Railways, Lahore.

Key instructions and terms:
- Submit two separate CDRs/Pay Orders with the application: one for earnest money and one for participation fee. Both must be marked "on account of the person participating in the auction". If bidding for multiple stands, separate CDRs/Pay Orders are required for each stand.
- The auction will be conducted publicly and bidding will start at the benchmark amount shown against each parking stand. If bidding reaches double the benchmark, bidders must immediately deposit an additional CDR equal to the participation fee for that stand or risk forfeiture of deposits.
- Successful bidder must deposit 30% of the offered bid within 10 days of the award. The remaining 70% will be payable in 10 equal monthly installments (due up to the 5th of each month) through the concerned Station Master.
- The successful bidder must also pay 5% withholding tax of the total bid amount in advance and any applicable local/municipal, provincial or federal taxes/fees. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent of the offered bid (in the form of Pay Order/CDR) is also required and will be refunded on clearance of dues at contract end.
- Participation fees of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded on the spot after deduction of 1% processing charges. Application forms are obtainable on the auction date at the respective station listed for each parking stand.
