Additional conditions: If the bid price of the successful bidder is more than 15% below the NIT cost, the bidder must submit detailed price analyses and may be required to furnish additional performance security equal to 10% of the difference. Bids with price lower than 25% of the NIT cost may be rejected. An undertaking on stamp paper (≥ Rs.100) attested by a notary public must be uploaded with the technical bid confirming genuineness of documents and that the firm is not involved in litigation or blacklisted.
