Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers/contractors for multiple supply, purchase, repair and overhaul packages for PAF Bases/Units. Tenders cover aircraft spares and kits, repair/overhaul of aircraft items, tyres, telecom and networking equipment, SMD video wall, radar accessories, comms equipment, fuel/water filter elements, oxygen spares, helmet spares and other items. How to apply: Submit sealed tenders to DP Air c/o PAF Base Nur Khan, Rawalpindi by the closing deadline. Tender documents and detailed specifications can be downloaded from the PAF website (www.paf.gov.pk) under "Media" → "PAF Ads" or obtained from respective bases/units. Registered suppliers should ensure GST and professional tax registration (NTN). Un-registered/un-indexed firms must submit a treasury challan as prescribed. Earnest money, qualification, documentary requirements and other terms are detailed in the tender documents.
Important dates & submission: Last date for submission of tenders: 2026-06-30 (1000 hrs). Tenders will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs. Refer to individual IT packages for their opening dates and performance periods.
