Purpose: Public auction of tenancy rights for model cabins located on Faisalabad Road (49 Rail), Sargodha Cantt. Auction date and time: 2025-06-29 at 14:00 hours in the office of Cantonment Board Sargodha. In case of unavoidable circumstances the auction will be held on 2025-06-30 at 14:00 hours.
Key participation requirements and conditions:
- Bids start from the advertised reserve rent.
- Bidders must not be blacklisted by any public or private organization.
- Verification of soundness of character and original identity documents is required.
- Minimum tenancy period: 3 years. Tenancy may be renewed subject to market survey/feasibility and Board approval.
- A refundable earnest/security deposit of Rs. 20,000 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Sargodha, before taking part in the auction.
- Successful bidder must pay one month advance rent and security (as stipulated) immediately; failure will result in forfeiture of the deposited CDR/PO.
- Tenancy rights are transferable subject to payment of a transfer fee of Rs. 5,000 and compliance with Cantonment Board rules.
- Other terms and conditions (renewal limits, taxes, utilities, compliance with Cantonment by-laws) will apply as per the Cantonment Board’s auction terms.
