NTC Imposes Definitive Anti-Dumping Duties on Sodium Carbonate from Türkiye and Kenya

The National Tariff Commission (Government of Pakistan) has issued a final determination imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of disodium carbonate (soda ash) originating in or exported from the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Kenya.

Effective from 2026-01-15, duties have been fixed for a period of five years: Şişecam/ Türkiye Şişe ve Cam — 6.58%; Kazan Soda, Eti Soda and specified exporters — 4.49%; all other exporters/producers from Türkiye — 6.58%; all other exporters/producers from Kenya — 13.54%.
