Eligible contractors must hold PEC licenses (Civil Works CE01 & CE10 and Mechanical Works ME06), have completed at least one similar construction project (construction cost ≥ Rs.150 million) within the last 5 years, maintain a three-year average audited turnover of ≥ Rs.100 million per annum, and be registered with FBR/SRB as active taxpayers.
