This sworn public notice (Hoshiyar Bash / Affidavit) informs that the declarant’s mother died on 1997-08-16 and sets out the names of her legal heirs as listed: Shahab (مرحوم), Awal Jan (مرحوم), Awal Khan (مرحوم), Muhammad Ali (مرحوم), Muhammad Allah (مرحوم) and Muhammad Jan (not married).
Anyone claiming any right or title to the estate must contact the Tehsildar’s office within the prescribed period; claims or excuses made after that period will not be accepted.
