PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites e-bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible firms, AOPs, companies and interested parties for lease / rent of PIAHCL commercial properties. Procurement will follow Single-Stage Single-Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Awards will be made to the highest quoted rent per sq. ft. for the most financially advantageous compliant offer.
Important instructions:
- Bids must be submitted via EPADS 2.0. Bidders not registered on EPADS 2.0 must register before submission. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed in the bidding documents.
- E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, eligibility criteria, property details, financial proposals and tender conditions are available on PPRA/EPADS 2.0.
- E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-06-23 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
