The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Chief Registrar Office (CRO) Peshawar, has issued a public notice under Section 425(3) of the Companies Act, 2017 requiring certain companies registered with CRO Peshawar to confirm whether they are carrying on business or are in operation.
