DHA City Karachi Tender: Construction of 30,000-Gallon Underground Water Tank (800 Block)

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for the construction of a 30,000-gallon underground water tank for 800 Block at DHA City Karachi. Bidding documents are available from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM-50, Motorway M-9.

How to obtain bidding documents: Documents can be obtained from the Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM-50, Motorway M-9, Post Code 75340) during working hours from 2026-09-03 on submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 15,000 by pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi, and on production of a valid PEC registration certificate.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-10 at 11:00 hours in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi.

Bid security: In the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (in prescribed form) equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the bid.

Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 2026-09-17 by 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened later (date to be communicated).

Other notes: Bids containing incomplete or deficient information will be rejected. Bidders must submit all documents required by the bidding documents. DHA City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
