The Engineer-in-Chief (E-in-C) Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi (Military Engineer Services) invites applications from firms, contractors and consultants for pre-qualification to undertake construction, provision of residential/non-residential facilities and associated services, and consultancy (design/RE supervision) for multiple locations across Pakistan. Eligibility & Application Requirements
- Firms must furnish credentials, work orders, completion certificates, locations and pictures of completed projects, and satisfactory completion certificates from end users.
- Firms with experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services and registered with PEC in the relevant field are eligible to apply.
- Enlisted with PEC in Category C-2 or above in the relevant field with validity up to June 2027.
- Preferably enlisted with MES in Category A. In case of non-enlisted firms, 2% bid security is required (refundable as per terms).
- Firms must provide list of personnel, bank statement, NTN certificate, and income tax returns for the last three years.
- Pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.

Submit pre-qualification documents to E-in-C's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi by 11:30 hours on 2026-09-18. Tenders for pre-qualified firms will be issued and opened at 12:00 hours on the same date.
