E‑Tender: Construction of PCC and Nallah at Jamia Masjid Noor‑e‑Madina, Dhonkal — District Council Gujranwala

Issuing authority: Chief Officer, District Council, Gujranwala. District Council invites electronic tenders for works under the Budget allocation for FY 2026-27.

Scope: Construction of PCC and nallah (drain) at Jamia Masjid Noor-e-Madina, Dhonkal, District Council Gujranwala.

Eligibility: Registered contractors on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PADS) and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and codes for FY 2026-27.

Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted/uploaded online through the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Proof of generated/submitted bid security must be presented/verified before the Tender Opening Committee at bid opening, otherwise bid will be disqualified.

Submission & opening: Tender documents must be downloaded from and uploaded/submitted online on the Punjab E‑Procurement System Dashboard by 2026-08-31 up to 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 02:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Gujranwala in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

Selection & conditions: Method of selection is least cost. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Submission of forged documents or bid security will result in legal action. Bidders quoting more than 4.999% below the estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance/security as per PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period, failing which deposited money may be forfeited.
